I'm Manager of Web Development & Design at DISCO (NYSE: LAW), where I own csdisco.com end-to-end — long-term growth strategy, technical stack, ABM personalization architecture, design workflow, and front-end development. In my first six months we drove 47% growth in conversions and 41% growth in user sessions; ABM personalization doubled CVR for the Corporate audience; UX and content overhauls lifted Average Engagement Time per Active User by 55%.

Owning the full stack — design system to multi-tenant data layer — and shipping AI features that move pipeline, not just dashboards. I'm the person who can sit in the same room with marketing, product, and engineering and translate cleanly between them, because I've worked every one of those seats.

Music is a constant — I play, I record, I keep one foot in a scene that has nothing to do with shipping software. My partner is the constant source of perspective that keeps the work from becoming the whole story, and our poodle Tico is in charge of the midday walk.
